		<description>I ordered 4 lines disconected in August 2008 and bell also did not comply and continued to charge monthly fee to over $400.00. I beleive that the new gimic is to not close accounts when requested. The same happened with Canadian Tire and Bell expressvu, Bell asked that I return the equipment which I own, now bell has an account open as owing. they purchased CTV to advertise trying to con more people,, they will also screw up that media.</description>

Tonight it sounded like all the other reps were having a very loud raucous coffee break in the background, laughing, clinking, etc.  I just wanted to end the conversation and pray that my next bill is okay.

		<description>Same thing is happening to me. I&#039;m in the middle of a complaints process.  They have not been helpful at all.  I was told I should monitor the phone myself to know if it is going into an away zone (even though I am in downtown Toronto).  Not sure what the resolution is, but my advice is to watch your wind bill.</description>

		<description>Yes I had the same problem.  Had to contact the CRTC to complain and get them to stop...which they did eventually.  I think they called us back about 8 times in a row every 15 minutes.  They claim to not be full of BS....maybe not from a bull... but they sure stink.</description>

		<description>Your phone number has been listed on someones account. They are calling you because the account your phone number is on has a problem. When they call you, you need to WAIT for an agent to come on the line. Sometimes an auto dialer doesnt detect your voice. Unfortunately, not all phones that are being called come up on the system the agents work on, i know from experience. When they call back, tell the agent whats going on and let them have the time to sort out why they are calling and solve whatever the issue is.</description>
